UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is £6.95 and free for shop orders over £100. Available delivery options and estimated dates are confirmed at checkout. Bespoke-project delivery is quoted separately.
Individual fulfilment
For multi-address projects, you are responsible for supplying accurate recipient data in the requested format. Redelivery caused by incorrect details may be chargeable.
Damage or problems
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
Returns
Unused, non-personalised shop products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised, perishable and bespoke goods cannot normally be returned unless faulty. Contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days after inspection.
