UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is £6.95 and free for shop orders over £100. The product page and checkout show the expected lead time. Bespoke, timed, multi-address, Highlands, islands and international delivery is quoted separately.
Recipient information
For individual fulfilment, customers must supply accurate recipient data by the agreed deadline and through the requested secure process. Address corrections, storage or redelivery may be chargeable.
Checking delivery
Check deliveries promptly. Report damage, shortage, an incorrect item or a delivery problem within 48 hours where reasonably possible, quoting the order number and supplying photographs. This timeframe does not remove statutory rights.
Returns and cancellations
Contact us before returning anything. Unused, non-personalised shop goods may normally be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer pays return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. Personalised, perishable and bespoke goods cannot normally be returned or cancelled after production starts unless faulty or misdescribed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We normally initiate them within five working days of approval; a bank may then take up to ten further working days to display the funds.
Business and consumer orders
The website primarily serves business customers. If you purchase wholly or mainly outside your trade or profession, mandatory consumer protections remain applicable and are not limited by this policy.
