What we collect
We collect information you provide when ordering, contacting us or requesting a bespoke proposal, including identity, business, delivery and payment-related details. Card information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by us.
How we use it
We use personal data to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, administer customer relationships, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and—where you have chosen—to send relevant marketing.
Who receives it
We share only what is necessary with delivery partners, payment providers, technology suppliers and professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and rights
We keep order records for the period required by UK tax and accounting law and retain enquiries only while commercially relevant. You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data by emailing hello@comingfromagoodplace.co.uk.
