How to build a great corporate gifting strategy

A practical framework for aligning recipients, purpose, budget, timing and measurable business outcomes.

Corporate gifting works best when it begins with a clear purpose. Decide whether the project should recognise employees, strengthen client relationships, support onboarding or mark an important milestone.

Build the brief around the recipient. Consider location, dietary and accessibility requirements, working patterns and the kind of gift that will be genuinely useful rather than simply impressive at first glance.

Set a complete budget covering products, packaging, branding, fulfilment and delivery. Agree how success will be measured—feedback, participation, retention, repeat orders or relationship development—then capture those insights in your CRM for the next campaign.
